The Making of the Mural

Event Details

Starting at 6PM, meet artist John LeCours for a special reception celebrating the 3rd anniversary of the library's town history mural. Refreshments will be served. Walk the building with the artist and view the 20 original works of art on our walls.

Then at 6:30PM, we'll adjourn to the Nelson Room for "The Making of the Mural." Hear about the behind-the-scenes challenges and learn the artistic techniques that went into creating the 16-foot installation that is on permanent display here at the library.
